REDiTECH Owner Acquires Technology Division of All Makes Office Equipment, Preserving More Than a Century of Service While Positioning Both Companies for Future Growth

OMAHA, Nebraska
— A new chapter is beginning for one of Omaha’s longest-standing office technology companies.

Dane Johnson, owner of Omaha based managed IT provider REDiTECH, has acquired the technology division of All Makes Office Equipment, a trusted business that has served organizations throughout the region for more than a century.

The technology division will continue operating under the trusted All Makes name as All Makes Imaging, specializing in printers, copiers, managed print services, paper shredders, and related office technology.

All Makes Imaging and REDiTECH will remain separate businesses under common ownership, with each company focused on its own area of expertise while working together to better serve their customers.

This announcement follows the recent sale of the office furniture division of All Makes Office Equipment to Paragon Interiors. The technology division was not included in that transaction and will continue serving customers as All Makes Imaging under Johnson’s ownership.

For more than a decade, REDiTECH has provided outsourced IT support for All Makes while the two companies have partnered to serve many of the same customers.

The acquisition builds upon a long-standing partnership between the two companies and creates new opportunities to collaborate, expand services, and deliver even greater value to customers throughout the region. Customers will continue working with the same trusted teams they know today while benefiting from the expanded capabilities and expertise that come from two locally owned companies working together. There will be no disruption to existing customer relationships, and both companies remain committed to delivering the personalized service and local support that have defined their success.

“Our companies have worked closely together for more than 10 years, and we already share many of the same customers,” said Dane Johnson, owner of REDiTECH and All Makes Imaging. “I have always respected the All Makes team, the quality of their work, and the relationships they have built throughout the community. Just as importantly, I’m excited to welcome the talented All Makes team. They’ve helped build the outstanding reputation All Makes has earned over the years, and I look forward to investing in our employees and creating new opportunities for them as we continue to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to bring both companies under common ownership while allowing each business to continue focusing on what it does best.”

REDiTECH is headquartered in Omaha and provides outsourced IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, networking, technology consulting, and managed IT services to businesses throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

All Makes Imaging will continue focusing on printers, copiers, managed print services, and office imaging technology while maintaining the experienced staff, trusted customer relationships, and exceptional service customers have relied on for generations.

“Both companies will continue operating independently while sharing the same commitment to exceptional customer service,” Johnson added. “Bringing them together under common ownership creates new opportunities to collaborate, share expertise, and provide our customers with an even broader range of technology solutions while preserving the specialized focus of each company.”

Founded more than a century ago, All Makes has earned a strong reputation for customer service, integrity, and longstanding relationships throughout Omaha and the surrounding region. Preserving that history and continuing the company’s legacy were important considerations throughout the acquisition process.

“I have tremendous respect for what Amee and Jeff have built and for the legacy their family has created,” Johnson said. “I am honored that they have trusted me to continue leading the technology side of the business. My goal is to protect what has made All Makes successful while investing in its employees, customers, and future growth.”

Statement from Jeff and Amee

“When we began considering the future of the technology division, it was important to find someone we trusted to take care of our employees, customers, and the All Makes name.

We have worked with Dane Johnson and REDiTECH for more than a decade and have seen firsthand the way Dane and his team value their customers and business relationships. We believe Dane is the right person to carry the technology division forward, and we are confident the company is in good hands.

We are excited to see All Makes Imaging continue to grow while maintaining the service, relationships, and values that have been part of All Makes for generations. We are grateful to our employees, customers, and business partners for their trust and support over the years, and we’re excited to see the next chapter of All Makes Imaging begin.”

Customers of both companies can expect business to continue as usual. Existing relationships, service teams, and support processes will remain in place as REDiTECH and All Makes Imaging identify new opportunities to collaborate and expand the services available to their customers.

The acquisition represents a continued investment in the Omaha business community and positions both companies for future growth throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the surrounding Midwest region.
